Our story

As Aspire Counseling Network grew, so did the need for policies and procedures to process claims in a timely manner. In 2022, Aspire Counseling established a billing department dedicated to relieving suffering in the billing process and therefore improving client satisfaction.

The new department elevated the client experience. By leveraging underutilized software features such as autopay, clients were able to avoid accumulating balances and the business saw a steadier cash flow.

Communication was improved across the board.

  • Billers were trained in the utilization of tools and features for better outcomes.

  • Clinicians were better supported in guiding their clients through financial questions.

  • Clients gained clarity and trust in the process.

  • Business owners experienced relief knowing that billing was no longer a source of strain.

In 2023, as our billing team became more proficient, full-service contracts with private practitioners were established to transform billing experiences for more individuals.
