Our story

As Aspire Counseling Services grew, so did the need for more efficient processes. In 2022, Aspire established a dedicated billing department that has improved the billing process and elevated the client and clinician experience.

A few of the results from this new dedicated billing department are:

• Communication has improved across the board

• Billers are better trained in the utilization of tools and features that produce better outcomes.

• Clients and clinicians have gained greater clarity and trust in the billing process.

• Practice owners have experienced greater relief knowing that billing is no longer a source of stress and frustration.

In 2023, Aspire Billing Services expanded to offer full-service contracts to independent practitioners.
