    EHR Billing Set Up

    We configure your SimplePractice billing settings on your behalf. This includes enrollments, billing profiles, statements and EFTs.

    Monthly Clinician Support Check-Ins

    We conduct monthly meetings to review reports, outstanding balances, and answer any questions. These check-ins are customized to your practice and needs.

    Client Set Up & Benefit Verification

    We update profiles in SimplePractice for each new client and conduct benefit verifications, for those choosing to use insurance.

    Insurance Claim Submissions

    Exceeding industry standards, claim submissions are made three times per week to support timely filing and reimbursement. We monitor claims, resolve issues, and follow up with insurance companies on your behalf.

    Payment Recording & Posting

    Payments from insurance, clients, and third-party payors are recorded and posted each week for account accuracy and steady income flow. This provides peace of mind to you and your clients.

    Balance Collection

    We assist in collecting unpaid balances from clients and third-party payors by providing monthly statements and following up. Our billers are committed to helping you succeed.

    Private Pay Services

    While we specialize in insurance billing, we also provide specialized private pay services such as superbills and Good Faith Estimates.
