Client Set Up & Benefit Verification
We create profiles in SimplePractice for each new client and conduct benefit verifications, for those choosing to use insurance.

Insurance Claim Submissions
Weekly claim submissions are made to both primary and secondary insurances to ensure you are paid what is owed in a timely manner. We monitor these claims, resolve issues and follow-up with insurances on your behalf.

Payment Recording & Posting
Payments from insurance, clients, and third-party payors are recorded and posted each week for account accuracy and steady income flow. This provides peace of mind to you and your clients.

Balance Collection
We assist in collecting unpaid balances from clients and third-party payors by providing monthly statements and following up. Our billers are committed to helping you succeed.
