    We configure your SimplePractice billing settings on your behalf. This includes enrollments, billing profiles, statements and EFTs.

  • Monthly Clinician Support Check-Ins

    We conduct monthly meetings to review reports, outstanding balances, and answer any questions. These check-ins are customized to your practice and needs.

  • Client Set Up & Benefit Verification

    We create profiles in SimplePractice for each new client and conduct benefit verifications, for those choosing to use insurance.

  • Insurance Claim Submissions

    Weekly claim submissions are made to both primary and secondary insurances to ensure you are payed what is owed in a timely manner. We monitor these claims, resolve issues and follow-up with insurances on your behalf.

  • Payment Recording & Posting

    Payments from insurance, clients, and third-party payors are recorded and posted each week for account accuracy and steady income flow. This provides peace of mind to you and your clients.

  • Balance Collection

    We assist in collecting unpaid balances from clients and third-party payors by providing monthly statements and following up. Our billers are committed to helping you succeed.

  • Private Pay Services

    While we specialize in insurances-based billing, we also provide specialized private pay services such as superbills and Good Faith Estimates.

  • Customer Service

    We go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service by working directly with clients to provide them with accurate information and clear direction through their experience.
