Our credentialing services are designed to support the initial setup and submission of your applications with insurance payers. We will manage and monitor the application process during the active credentialing phase to help ensure contracts are processed as efficiently as possible.
Credentialing Only Service Packages
New Contracts
$200 per contract
Includes contracts involving a new TIN.
Contract Updates
$200 for 10 Updates
Includes demographic updates such as service locations, NPIs, and contact information.
Medicare Credentialing
$500 Total
Medicare contracts are more complex, typically requiring additional documentation and research. Please expect longer processing timelines.
With a Credentialing Only Package, once a contract is finalized, it becomes the provider’s responsibility to maintain. This includes re-attestations, renewals, updates to your CAQH profile, and responding to any insurance correspondence related to your participation status. Please note, with a Billing & Credentialing Full-Service Contract, all of the above responsibilities are covered.
