Natalie graduated from Weber State University with a degree in Child and Family Studies with an emphasis in Spanish. She spent years working for the Head Start program serving Spanish speaking families in the area. She has had various opportunities to stay connected through volunteering at her children's schools and in the community. She has also taught preschool, and worked in social media.

Natalie has such a love for people and connecting with others. She knows that behind every person there is a story that requires understanding and empathy and has a huge desire to make those around her feel seen and heard while providing them with the support they need to make the billing side of their experience as stress-free as possible.

She is driven by accomplishment and the feeling of a job well done. Natalie is most happy when she is productive and is able to check things off her list. She loves to make the most of the time given.

Natalie has been married for almost 25 years to her wonderful husband, Ben. She is the proud mom of four amazing kids and two adorable dogs. In her free time, she loves playing pickleball, reading, sewing and creating of any sort, and diving into true crime podcasts and documentaries.

Natalie's biggest accomplishment in life is her family. She is most proud of her children and all of the good and kind things they are doing in the world and the great relationship her and her husband have. She prides herself on serving others and her community. She is someone you can count on!
